  Purchased a ‘25 Bronco Badlands SAS from Austin Adams at Metro Ford in Tupelo, MS! Hands down the most pleasant experience at a new car dealership! And they gave top dollar for my trade in as well that made the whole process that much easier! Recommend 10/10, will definitely do business with Austin at Metro again!

  Lee Benson was our car salesman, and he was EXCELLENT! He was very helpful, kind and honest! There was zero pressure to purchase, very transparent through the entire process. We really appreciated his attentiveness and the fact that he was so personable as well. Just a really great guy that made our experience a positive one, after having several negative ones in the weeks prior at other dealerships. Always ask for Lee!!!

  Bought a new Explorer today with the help of salesman Taylor Mitchell. My wife and I had been looking for a newer vehicle mostly at out of town dealers without very good experiences. We stopped to check out the explorers at metro last evening and were greeted by Taylor, who seemed to be one of the most open and honest people we’ve ever met. We decided to return today for a test drive and Taylor had everything ready and made it all very comfortable, he went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered, made sure we got a great trade in deal and truly made the entire process pleasant. Having recently retired from 46 years of sales and marketing, I can truly say Taylor hit a home run today, not in just making the sale but making it a pleasure. James and Terri Woodall

  Metro Ford is the place to go for great service and friendly negotiations when buying a vehicle. The owner, Byron Erby is top notch, and he goes out of his way to show his appreciation to all of his customers. My sales consultant, Lee Benson was very knowledgeable of the business, his inventory and went out of his way to help my wife and I. I called him before they even opened and we had a deal and was doing paperwork less than an hour later. If you need a new or used car or truck, make sure you give Lee Benson a shot at your business.   Bought my VW yesterday! Worked with Mr Taylor! I have bought over 13 vehicles through my life and when I say this was the smoothest buying experience and that mr Taylor was honest upfront and got straight to it I mean it. Drover over an hour and when I got there I was in and out with everything down in under 30 minutes. Mr Taylor, rikki and there team have been great so far.
