  Windshield was cracked when rented it blaming me for it making my insurance pay for new windshield said I declined the the insurance when they only asked if i had full coverage i said yes i do please check everything around your rental sp mow want my insurance to pay for it be careful renting here

  The experience was flawless. A lady named Taloria (maybe the manager) handled everything perfectly. Although the national people had messed up the reservation, she fixed it quickly and efficiently. She and the other staff members were all friendly and and professional. I also noticed that the other customers all seemed to be happy, no small feat for a rental service on a hectic Friday afternoon. It seemed clear that they have a good culture and were unbothered by the late-afternoon rush. I highly recommend them.

  Kayla (II didn’t get her last name) & Brandon Ricketts were so amazing and helpful with our rental. We are from Alabama and in a bind and they took excellent and fast services for us. When we come back to Mississippi we will definitely use them!! Great customer service and kindness
