  If you can’t use a debit card to rent a vehicle big enough for your family, you’re just outta luck which isn’t fair considering they’re gonna charge a $300 deposit anyway

  The whole reservation process was sneaky and not straight forward. When I made the reservation a team member told me that I was able to use a debit card. We booked a whole vacation around being able rent a car. The day before I called to confirm everything was good and they then told me that it had to be a BANK ISSUED debit card, a detail that should have been disclosed at the time of reservation. Then the day before our trip my husband scrambled to open a checking account. So I called back in and made sure this was good enough. They then disclosed to me that he had to have his license and 2 mail pieces. They didn’t specify that they had to be utilities but I asked ahead of time what type of mail pieces and then they told me that it needed to be utilities ONLY AFTER I ASKED, another detail that would have been omitted. All in all I’d say it’s more difficult to rent a car through enterprise than rob a bank

  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and service . All the staff there I can say is great . Frankie took care of me on the return and she was such a doll and sweetheart along with professional. Such ease on the pickup and return I wasn’t there no longer than 10 minutes for both the pick up and return process.I’ll continue to come here and rent.
