  This location at Barnes Crossing has the best employees of any Enterprise I have done business with. Because of my work I have done business with several.

  This makes the third time that I have had a reservation and was called an hour before only to be told that they do not have anyhh to ing on the lot. (Oxford) So I had to transfer the reservation to Tupelo which is over an hour out of the way and push back travel plans. Called ahead of time to make sure they had SUVs and Cars and was reassured that they did only to be told when I got there they didn’t and the only option they had was a KONA. Seats needed to be shampooed bad. Constantly had to put air in the tires and when it gets up to 40/45 mph it drives shaky. Instead of making it back home I had to change my plans again so I could have someone trail me to drop it off at the airport because it felt so unsafe to drive back home. Maintenance needs to be taken very seriously because anything could happen.

  Manager was rude & took 2 hrs. To get a reserved car. Car seems to be slow to shift & went to get another car, ask if could get a different car than one brought out 2nd time. Manager demanded I give her the keys to the 1st car & told me, I was not getting any car & she called the police on me. When police asked problem, she said: “No Problem.” I’m 73 yrs. Old & had someone with me that had been sedated for a procedure earlier. We were left on the street in a thunderstorm & lived 40 miles away!! It’s Friday 6 pm & I have to get auto insurance to approve & manager said I was “Barred from any Enterprise Rental. When I ask what I had done she told me: “I called her out?” And refused to explain what she meant.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Car Rental. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful from start to finish. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers and came across as lazy, making even simple requests feel like an inconvenience. Instead of providing the level of service I expected, I was met with poor communication, long wait times, and a lack of effort to resolve my concerns. As a paying customer, I expected courtesy, professionalism, and a willingness to help, but unfortunately, I experienced the opposite. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and completely unsatisfied with my experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting reliable customer service, and I hope management takes steps to improve staff attitude and accountability.
