  This location at Barnes crossing in Tupelo, MS specifically is a NIGHTMARE! Multiple customers there communicated they’d been waiting over 2 hours and that this is common for this location specifically. The manager kept telling us it would be “just a minute.” The reservation was over 2 weeks old. Instead, we were there for over an hour before being told they had zero cars available for us. We communicated multiple times we had a sick child with us and could not be there for hours, she continued to tell us it would be just a minute before finally admitting over an HOUR later that it would still be HOURS more because they had no availability. She never offered to check the other location across town to see if they had a vehicle sooner, instead, she told us we could “find out for ourselves” despite us clearly communicating to her we were on a deadline. The manager here is horribly rude & can’t do something as communicate basic expectations and deadlines to customers. Instead of addressing the issue, she placed the burden on the customer to chase down what was available at their other location. This is embarrassing and unacceptable. Literally one phone call and a trip across town to the other location on cliff gookin and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes.

  My wife and I are going on vacation tomorrow and had reserved a car a week in advance. Are check in time was for 12 today which is conveniently when they close. My wife goes to pick up the car at check in time and was told we can’t rent it to you we are closed. My wife asked them about the check in time and they told her she will have to just figure it out, nothing we can do for you. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I rarely do reviews but this one really got me. Why would you put check-in time at 12 if you close at 12 on Saturday’s. Do better Enterprise. We’ve rented from you guys many times but not anymore.

  Shout out to the Enterprise team. They don’t look at you as just renting an automobile from them. They make you feel like family!!!!!!

  Tyler was so nice and the Nissan Sentra was a super fun and comfy car to drive. Love renting from the Enterprise in Tupelo, MS.
