Had a horrible sound from my struts going out. I called and they were able to see me almost immediately. Very warm and welcoming environment! Being a college student I don’t much about cars but they go out to their way to help me understand what’s going on with my car. Would recommend this mechanic shop to anyone in the golden triangle!

This shop quoted me nearly $5000 to repair my daughter’s Volkswagen that was leaking coolant around the turbo and water pump. That exact same vehicle was repaired at Mikes Automotive for $2100 using all OEM parts. I would stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. Apparently, they like to try to rip the customer a new one.

Very disappointing experience. I called ahead specifically asking if they could do a wheel alignment on my BMW, and I was told yes. I brought the car in, got new tires as recommended, and when I came back for the alignment, I was told, “Sorry, we just don’t do BMWs.” If you don’t work on BMWs, just say that upfront. Don’t confirm the service, waste someone’s time, and tell them afterward. And if you don’t know the difference between suspension systems, you shouldn’t be picking up that phone.

I asked these people before I sent my car if they'd be able to put on the sensor I needed. They said yes but they need to do a diagnostic first which costed me nearly $500 dollars. I wasn't able to pay it right away so I got a call from them asking if they could take a part off my car to subtract $100 dollars from my total. I said no but for some reason when my car was picked up dozens of bolts and pieces were sitting on top of the engine. Several hoses and plates were unhooked and out of place. So I guess they decided to take parts anyway. I never got the original asked for service done because they said it was a lost cause. So I'm out of a car and money I hope whatever they took fixed someone elses car since mine is totaled.
