- KLKaitlyn Lamb3 days ago1.0I haven't used this car wash much but the first time that I did either the guy that scrubs the bumpers scrubbed my emblem off of my car and broke it, which is a 2016 Nissan Maxima and the Nissan emblem is broke from the inside or the machine broke it either way I'm not getting my money back to get another one because corporate won't cooperate or whoever the complaint office is. They say that it is not factual evidence, but they clearly have on camera that the girl brought it to me while I was vacuuming it out my car. If it was a zero star review, I would give it a zero stars!!! Highly not recommend for anyone who has a car emblem that is on their vehicle (everyone)!
