  Jordan Cunningham went above & beyond the call of duty to assist my husband & me with an ongoing problem we've been dealing with for several months with Take 5 Carwashin Starkville, MS.. His knowledge, patience & customer service skills are outstanding. We are extremely satisfied with his help. He has great managerial skills in our opinion. Thanks to others who have assisted with attempting to solve our problem.

  I had a great experience at Take 5 Car Wash, and Teri who helped me was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. You could tell they genuinely cared about providing good customer service and making sure I left satisfied. I really appreciate the helpful attitude and positive experience.

  Both locations should either invest in a pre wash station since the drive thru doesn't remove everything, have a two team tackling the pre wash because one person splashing soap on the car isn't going to get those bugs off, or provide a pressure wash to included with the pre wash given by the attendants. It's annoying to have to go through multiple times (location nearest Walmart) because the attendant won't allow you to pre wash your own car to prevent a terrible job. The customer service was good and the vacuums are great; however, the pre wash before the drive thru needs a lot of improvement.
