  My husband went in for an oil change after seeing the advertised price of $59 on the company’s website. He also had a $20 coupon, so the expected total was $39. When he arrived, he was quoted $129 instead. He was told they couldn’t honor the advertised online price because his vehicle requires synthetic oil, despite the website and coupon not making that clear. To make matters worse, the employee performing the oil change was rude and unprofessional throughout the visit. Misleading pricing and poor customer service are not a good combination. We won’t be returning to this location, and I would encourage others to verify pricing before they commit to service.

  They were rude, overcharged ($115) for an OIL CHANGE when I presented a coupon for a $60 oil change with $20 off, and then offered to rotate my tires when I genuinely got new tires 3 days ago. What a rip off! Never come here, especially if you are a woman! Horrible experience

  Crooks. Beware. Sent my daughter there and they wanted to charge her $119 for an oil change, knocked it down to $90 because she had a coupon and then told her that her tires needed rotated. We literally put new tires on 5 days earlier. Impossible that rotation was needed. Predators for women. Avoid at all cost.

  I just had them check the codes because of a “service oil” light. I thought he said $7 dollars to run the code which… all auto shops will run for free obviously. I thought go ahead. It took them 35 minutes to run that code. He charged me $26 dollars to tell me I needed an oil change. (I was 1000 miles under next oil change). I said that’s a lot to run a code. He said I should be thankful he didn’t charge $70. - Thanks so much express for not charging me $70 to run a code after 35 mins. Another vehicle service place grabbing every dollar they can.

  I got a hole in my tire one after work and they were the only place open. When I went up to the tire guy he never took my tire off my car and just told me he couldnt fix and didn't have my tire to change. He sent me off without even filling up my flat tire with air... it costed them nothing. I went to another place the next morning and they took my tire off and ended up fixing it. I wouldn't go here for tire services especially as a female.
