    Valvoline's employees greeted me when I arrived. They answered questions that I had about regular oil and synthetic oil, as well as explain the carbon filter, which was very dirty when it was taken out, is what I was breathing in while driving; Therefore, I did buy a new one. I am thankful that the employees were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.
