I've been coming to Valvoline for years with multiple vehicles throughout these years. Saturday, I wasn't too comfortable with the competence of the young man servicing my vehicle. I did notice that management had changed. That may have something to do with. He didn't know whether my vehicle top or bottom oil extraction. That concerned me just a little.

Shun, Joseph and Jose did a wonderful job on getting my oil change done quickly. Everyone was so nice and answered any questions I had! Definitely the quickest oil change I’ve gotten by far.

Survey Comment: My experience at Valvoline is always satisfying. It’s quick, professional and not to costly, and they always allow me to use an online coupon on the service I receive. I will return for my next oil change in the future.
