  I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding a recent oil change at your facility, which resulted in a severe oil leak, required my vehicle to be towed, and was met with completely unacceptable customer service.Following my scheduled oil change, I discovered a significant oil leak that rendered my vehicle unsafe to drive, forcing me to have it towed back to your shop. Upon inspection the following day, your team had to add at least two quarts of oil to correct the deficit.The management of this situation was highly unprofessional. Rather than taking accountability, the manager offered only excuses, claiming a "faulty oil filter" was to blame while treating me with visible agitation for returning to have the issue fixed. I received no apology for the immense inconvenience and potential engine risk, and no compensation was offered for the towing or the disruption to my schedule. Furthermore, despite the severity of the mistake, no one from your team has followed up to ensure my vehicle is running safely.Due to this dangerous lack of quality control and the dismissive attitude of your staff, I will no longer bring my vehicle to this location. I expect a formal response addressing how this negligence occurred and how you plan to compensate me for the towing and service failures.

  Second in line.. great service,but net time I'll look at the price FURST..Then figure the discount s to come up with bottom line. This time $12 more! Came for Less than $100;oil change! Surprised from $93 to $105...woulda went to EXPRESS HAD I KNOWN INCREASE.

  There was an oil leak after I received an oil change. There was no sense of urgency. The manager did not apologize. There was no compensation more importantly no apologies. Only excuses made saying that there was a faulty oil filter, as if it was my fault that there was a faulty oil filter. They were agitated that I had to come back the next day because of the oil leak and they had to put more oil at least 2 quarts the next day still to this day, no one has called and checked and made sure everything was fine or no compensation or apology. We will not be going back to this location. My car had to be towed back up to the shop because of the oil leak.
