- AHAnamarie Hines1 day ago4.0This place came highly recommended. I came in and got $3700 worth of work done. The problem was a clicking sound on the right front. They suggested shocks and strut, brakes, steering suspension etc. I have been back with problems 3/4 times counting today. At least one time the car sounded so bad as I was driving to work that I was scared to keep driving it. I am back today because the original sound that I came to Midas for is still not fixed. . Maybe they’ll get it repaired right today. Austin was also great.. I do think that each time I come back for the same problem they are a little less nice. I have updated my review because of Travis. He explained what was going on with my car and took care of it it. It was a parts issue. I will update if I have any issues.

- KKKai KaiOct 3, 20265.0Customer service was exceptional! Very polite environment and love how Patrick took care of me, so I am giving him a little shoutout. I will say that I do plan on coming back for any future inconveniences!
- AGAnna GlennSep 26, 20265.0My SUV’s tire pressure light came on as I was passing through Southaven. Not knowing the area, I first stopped at another tire service business, but they were unable to take any more vehicles for the day. I then found Midas, and I’m so glad I did! They were incredibly friendly, got me right in, found the nail in my tire, and had me back on the road quickly. I really appreciated their kindness and efficiency, especially when I was traveling and didn’t know the area. I would definitely use Midas again and highly recommend them!
