    I was very pleased with German Santos he was a great sales person .this is my second purchase in less than 2 months .had me fixed up with a 26 Ford. And had it ready for me when I got there cleaned up and gased up .Will shop no other place

    Great experience! The service members are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Getting my car serviced was done quickly and efficiently. Definitely not the normal headache. You typically experience when getting your car serviced. 10 out of 10 overall!

    I bought a brand new 2025 Bronco Sport outer banks on February 13th 2026. I took my car for the first oil change at the dealership on March 26th 2026 (it only has 4000 miles on it) After my oil change I get home and my car will not shift out of park(the dealership says the two are unrelated). No one wanted to get on the phone with me about a loaner so I drove up there and I was put in a loaner. The tow truck comes and drags my car onto the truck the next day and takes it to the dealership. I was told one week after that that they had received all of the parts to fix my car. I called once a week to check on my vehicle and I’m told cars have been there for 2 months that are ahead of me. They called me on 4/21 telling me that my car should be finished by the end of that week. I still hadn’t heard anything on Saturday so I called them and the front desk lady for the service department tells me they are waiting on parts? I was told they had all the parts multiple times. She says she will have someone call me on Monday 4/27. Tuesday 4/28 my financee calls and talks to the service department and is told “no one ever called and told me it would be done by the end of last week” by the same man that told me it would be done. He then says that the issue is every time the tow truck comes to put my car on the rack the rack is filled again (not our problem) but it would definitely be gotten to this week. My fiancée calls the general manager Taylor later that day and we are told that they are aware of the issue and agree it’s been to long. He assures my fiancée that my car will be done by Friday 5/1. It is now 6:45 on 5/1 and we have heard nothing. We tried to call several times at 6:30 and have not gotten an answer. I understand that things happen but as a business you should be keeping your word. I do not appreciate being repeatedly lied to. On top of all this when I bought the vehicle I requested that they send the tags to the dealership because I was moving shortly after purchasing the vehicle and the dealership was much closer to my new home. I find out they have been calling my old phone number ( when they have my new one) to tell me my tags were sent over an hour away and that I had missed the deadline to pick them up? This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional encounter that I have ever had. They have now had my brand new car for 36 days and presumably have not even touched it. I am pregnant and this has caused me so much unnecessary stress. Every time I speak to these people on the phone I feel as though I am not taken seriously because I am a young woman.
