I brought my truck in for a new battery. They informed me that I needed a new inverter which would be covered by my extended warranty. They told me it would be a quick fix (2-3 days). They fixed the issue but didn’t send the paper work off to the warranty company for another week and a half. I called numerous times. After calling 5 times they finally told me they sent the paperwork to the warranty company (9 days after dropping my truck off). After two weeks I finally received the phone call that my truck was ready. I show up and they can’t find my truck on the lot. Will not bring here for servicing again.

Liz Wolfe went above and beyond to answer all my questions, made the process smooth, and never pressured me into anything. They were transparent about pricing, and I felt confident I was getting a fair deal. The dealership was clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Financing was explained clearly, and they made sure everything was handled efficiently. I highly recommend landers ford south in Southaven ms on Goodman rd if you’re looking for a new or used car.
