I really appreciate the level of customer service I received from Liz, Jordan, and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. If you’re looking for a dealership where you’ll be treated with respect and have a great overall experience, I highly recommend giving them a visit at Landers Ford in Southaven!

★★★★★ Exceptional 100% Online Buying Experience!
If you are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, I highly recommend Landers Ford South. I recently bought a new Ford Mustang through them, and the entire transaction was handled 100% online without a single issue.
From start to finish, the process was seamless. The team was extraordinarily friendly, professional, and attentive. My salesperson, Liz, was fantastic—she was always available to answer every question I had and made sure everything moved along smoothly. When it came to finalizing the details, Susan, the Finance Manager, made the financial side completely effortless, transparent, and hassle-free.
Buying a car entirely online can sometimes feel daunting, but Liz, Susan, and the rest of the team at Landers Ford South made it an absolute breeze. I couldn't be happier with my new Mustang or the service I received. Do yourself a favor and check them out for your next vehicle!

I purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition from Landers Ford on July 14, 2026. My salesperson was Zach, and the sales manager I worked with was Tom.
I was very excited about purchasing this vehicle because it had everything I was looking for. Before purchasing it, I test drove it after I was told it had passed inspection. Zach also informed me that the windshield had just been replaced and that the vehicle had been cleaned and detailed that day.
During my inspection of the vehicle, I noticed the wheels were peeling. I asked if they could be repaired or if the price of the vehicle could be adjusted. We negotiated the numbers, I signed the paperwork, and took the vehicle home shortly before the dealership closed.
Once I got home and had a chance to look the vehicle over more carefully, I found a large stain in the passenger seat. I also noticed the cup holders and several other areas had not been cleaned, despite being told the vehicle had just been detailed. I contacted Zach, who said he would speak with the detail department. He later scheduled for me to bring the vehicle back on July 23, 2026, to have it re-detailed.
On Friday, July 17, as I was leaving work, I noticed a crack beginning to spread across the windshield. Since purchasing the vehicle, I had only driven it to and from work. I immediately sent Zach a picture of the crack. His response was that it was "rotten luck" and that the vehicle did not leave the dealership with the crack. He advised me to file a claim with my insurance. I asked whether the recently installed windshield was covered under any warranty, since I had been told it had just been replaced. I was told there was no warranty and that Landers would not replace it.
As a result, I had to pay $625 out of my own pocket to replace the windshield.
In addition, the rear and third-row air conditioning vents will not stay open. My children are unable to get air conditioning unless I physically wedge pens into the vents to keep them open. I reported this issue to Zach and was told the dealership would look at it, and that if it wasn't "too much," they would fix it. As of today, the vents are still being held open with pens.
I have also discovered that when I turn left, there is a loud popping noise coming from the vehicle, which now requires additional diagnosis and repair.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I feel let down by both the condition of the vehicle and the lack of support after the sale. I own my own mechanic shop, and customer service is something I take great pride in. I always do everything I can to take care of my customers and stand behind my work. Because of that, this experience has been especially discouraging.
I have never had to contact corporate regarding a business before, but after dealing with multiple issues within days of purchasing this vehicle, I felt I had no other choice. I expected much better from a franchised dealership, and I hope these concerns are taken seriously.
