  Thank you Kortney and the staff at the Southaven location on Goodman. They were very friendly. They were out in the HEAT serving every customer with a smile. Glide really should have some type of better air flow for example a bigger fan or misting station with fan.

  I’m very pleased with the results at this car wash. The attendants keep the wash and vacuum clean and in good working order. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

  I really like Glide Xpress in Southaven, MS. I have to beg them to use their restroom because I'm a diabetic and have to urinate frequently. Sometimes the staff at Glide Xpress doesn't make me drive off the premises and find a vendor that will let me use their restroom, and then I drive back to Glide Xpress to finish cleaning the inside of my truck. But most of the times the staff forces me to leave the premises to use the restroom.

  This used to be our go to car wash for years. Unfortunately recently the past three visits there has been 0 soap dispensed during the car wash, very minimal water from the sprayers and we left with a half washed vehicle that still had bugs on the windshield. I’m not sure if the ownership has changed hands, or the employees don’t care to fill the soap dispenser so the machine runs at top notch- but whatever the reason, the poor service shows. Unfortunately after multiple disappointing experiences and years of membership with this company, we will have to take our business to Take 5.

  Car wash is great, but the customer service sucks real bad… They messed my membership up numerous times different names and emails.. Lack of answering they phone… They got young people working and running they stores… I’ve seen lots of illegal things go on at numerous of they location….. The car washes is great like I said but everything else dealing with Glide SUCKS REAL BAD!!!!!! I pay to much money to be getting taking advantage of on 4 different occasions… They need older people running there stores with responsibilities…. MY NEXT REVIEW I WILL DROP PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF GLIDE WORKERS AND HOW THEY DO PAYIING CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSLEF!!
