- RJReese JonesJul 3, 20261.0This place is absolute GARBAGE. These employees were trained to appear knowledgeable, but actually don't have the slightest clue when it comes to solving a problem. Bring without a solution, they at least could've been accommodating in terms of customer service, but that was also absent. The employees run around on the clock goofing off, snacking about, and getting paid to waste their customer's time. Incredibly disappointed at how we were treated at this location.

Dealing with the people over the phone (customer service)was the worst. If I had to deal with customer service again I probably would not use Enterprise again. But because of Robin I would recommend Enterprise.

They have horrible customer service and cant guarantee you a car even after booking it online, going to the store a week in advanced and 2 days before, and after sitting on the phone with customer service over 4 times. The said so store manager said customer service has nothing to do with the store and what the store can provide. We booked a premium SUV and they offered us a Santa Fè and said it would fit 7 adults. When we walked out of the store the said so manager said "that's why you didn't get a car." Overall I would NEVER recommend this place to myself, family, or friends EVER. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER (6640 Briargate Way).
