- LRLauchland Roberts6 days ago1.0This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I booked a reservation 24 hours ago only to show up and be told the vehicle I requested isn’t available, and that nothing equivalent was available. The only explanation I received from the front desk is that they “tried” to call me. But they didn’t leave a message of any kind. Needless to say, the fact that a company of this size doesn’t maintain real-time awareness of their fleet and what is available is absurd. Do not, under any circumstances, rent a vehicle from this location.

Then when I brought the vehicle back, they were extremely busy but still very quick with their service. The manager checked me in and was thanking me for bringing the car back when I did because she had someone waiting on a car. She was very polite and thorough and she is a huge asset to your company. I think she deserves a raise! Great job!
