  SANDRA IS A VERY RUDE LADY!! She is the reason I’ll be using a different locations . I called for a 1 day rental to pick and and return at the same branch in senatobia. My car broke down and I was trying to get a rental so I don’t have to uber around town until I can get my friend to take me down south to get my other truck. She saw that my info on my account was I Lucedale, MS and asked me how far that is. I asked why it mattered she said because I’m trying to see if you can use you debit card like you asked so I’m asking questions to find out. I said but miss I’m not going to Lucedale, I’m only driving within a 40 mile radius and she hung up on me, such a DISRESPECTFUL AN Shameful act. SANDRA , I didn’t pick your job, I didn’t make you work there, you picked to be in customer service, so stop treating your customers like trash or get a different job detailing in the back. It reminds me of the fast food restaurant workers that have no business working the window or taking orders. Idk who raised he or put something yellow in her Cheerios but it wasn’t me! And if you look up other reviews, even some 5 star,a, many mention that SHANDRA WAS RUDE. This was not just a bad day, this is SANDRA the person.

  This was by far the worst experience I've had and I have to use rentals at least 3 tknes a year. I needed a vehicle and set my pick up time for 5:45 pm due to work not allowing me to leave until 5pm. I booked my reservation over a week in advance and was called the morning of my pick up and told that the manager takes her last customer at 5:30 even though they do not close until 6pm and if I wasn't able to show up by 5:30 I wasn't getting a car and also that they didnt even have a car for me anyways. Thank GOODNESS for the Oxford location that was able to get me into something last minute. I'll never waste my time booking at this place again.
