  I had an appointment on Saturday, June 13, 2026, to have my windshield replaced. When I called to make the appointment, the female on the other end of the line was extremely rude, however I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because she told me that she had a customer standing at the counter and was accustomed to working normally at a different location. I was instructed to drop my vehicle off between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. and arrived at approximately 8:30 a.m. At that time, I was told I would receive a phone call when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Before leaving, I confirmed with the front desk employee that the business closed at noon. I specifically stated that if I had not received a call by then, I would return around 11:45 a.m. to pick up my vehicle. The employee acknowledged and agreed. Unfortunately, I never received a call informing me that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived at approximately 11:40 a.m., the lights were off and the doors were locked, despite the posted closing time being 12:00 p.m. I called the business's phone number multiple times but received no answer. I then noticed an employee on the shop side of the building closing up and walking toward his vehicle. I attempted to get his attention, and although he made eye contact with me, he continued driving away. This was extremely frustrating given that I had confirmed both the closing time and my intended pickup time with staff earlier that morning. Because I could not leave my vehicle there until Monday when the business reopened, I sought assistance from a nearby business in an effort to contact the owner and retrieve my car. Their efforts were appreciated but ultimately unsuccessful. As a last resort, I contacted the Ridgeland Police Department for assistance. Only after police involvement did someone return to the shop, allowing me to retrieve my keys at approximately 12:30 p.m. During that interaction, the employee confirmed my phone number and claimed that the business had called me earlier and that I had answered the phone and said, "I'm busy, leave me alone." This allegation is completely false and does not make sense in the context of the situation. I was prepared to provide documentation showing that no such phone call ever occurred. The windshield replacement itself may have been completed, but the lack of communication, failure to honor the agreed-upon pickup arrangement, and the apparent attempt to provide inaccurate information regarding a phone call resulted in a very disappointing customer experience, as well as having to CALL THE POLICE to regain access to my vehicle. This place had a heck of a way of conducting business, and is quite shady to say the least. I wish I could say this was a one off experience, but have been told by others in the area that this kind of behavior is a pattern with them. 100% take your business elsewhere.

  Great service. I had a chip repaired in about 15 minutes and later a full windshield replacement. I shall return for future work.
