The five stars goes directly to the staff!! Maurice the manager literally saved me from being late to work so I wouldn’t lose my job! Enterprise as a company has got to do better with the rental process. If a person makes a reservation for a particular type of car at a specific time, that person should be able to come in and get their car and be on their way. This location has a habit of not having any cars available and you have to settle for what they have available due to you waiting over an hour past your reservation time! Why give me the option to choose a car and time if none of it does any good when you get there. The company is taking the choice away from us. Due to time constraints you settle for what you can get just to get going.

I will never rent from this location again. I reserved a minivan with the manager and when I arrived she knew .nothing about the rental! If you want surprises, then this is the place to rent from.

The wait timeframe was Horribly LONG! I was late for work, missed my lunch break, and received a car I didn’t reserve. Also m8 other people received cars before me and I was there 1st for an HOUR!

I was able to reserve an unplanned rental due to motor vehicle collision. Customer service was great. Helpful staff, reasonable prices, and diverse selection of vehicles. I recommend Enterprise to all my family and friends.
