  I took my daughter’s vehicle in because one of the tires was leaking air, but I couldn’t find a nail anywhere. They took the vehicle in around 5:00 p.m., inspected the tire, and discovered that the valve stem was causing the leak. They replaced it, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The best part was that they didn’t charge me anything, even though I told them I was willing to pay for the service. This was definitely great customer service, and they have earned my business for our future oil changes, vehicle repairs, and tires. Thank you Mr. Jason!

  I brought my vehicle in because of it shaking. First i was greeted by a young man with a long dangling earring and dirty clothes very unprofessional looking but anyway I explained my problem he looked lost so another guy in blue button up manager i assume came over walked around my car and said u need tires and alignment which I thought was kind of odd just by looking at it. So I was told to sit in lobby as they pulled my car around then another guy walked in i assume the mechanic very polite and knowledgeable actually asking questions about what i was experiencing so he explained my tire situation. So 1300 dollars later I leave with the same shaking I came in with. Very unorganized place! The guy with the tattoos was the only one that even acted like he cared about my problem.But very disappointed!!!!! So I stopped by a shop in Braxton and the guy drove it and immediately said I had a bad axle he replaced it and shake is gone.. Express oil in Richland never drove it they just took my money.
