The agents reached out to us to be sure everything was as needed or expected. Everything was prepared before we arrived so picking up the vehicle was fast and drama free and they also stayed late so I could drop off the vehicle before catching my flight. Location was also conveniently located and vehicles were in clean perfect order.

I rented a brand new Ram 2500 with only 500 miles on it for a large towing job. It was a nice truck, but due to no fault of Enterprise, it had a pretty significant electrical problem on the road. It happens. They helped me on the road and directed me to mechanics that could evaluate it. Upon return home, an area manager called me and gave me a nice discount for our troubles. If I needed a truck again, I’d go back to them.

Based on my experience, I can recommend this business. I dealt with Melanie and Divante. They were both professional, courteous, efficient, and answered every question I had. The pick up and return of the vehicle went as quickly and smoothly as possible. The vehicle was clean, and in good condition as you would expect. I will not hesitate to do business with these people again when needed.

Jay and the team were great in assisting me to get vehicles. He went above and beyond and it did not go unnoticed. I ran into a few logistics issues on my end and he was patient and helped out. Thank you !
