- JBJamie BoxJul 24, 20261.0I have a dually. If you know anything about duallys this will make sense. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The so called mechanic…… says he had to dismount my tires to rotate them. Some duallys you do because they have aluminum rims and only two steel rims, meant to stay on the inside mount. Mine however has all steel rims. I explained this. He said that he couldn’t do this that way. He was very arrogant. Even the lady who checked me in was not happy with him…. I know my way around my truck I usually do all my own work on it. I rotated them myself several times. I was just needing it done very quickly. They wanted to charge me over $200 to change my oil and rotate my tires. Oh and I was supplying the oil and filter. Absolutely ridiculous!! I told him to back my truck out and give me my keys. I went down the rd where they only charged me $50 to rotate all 6 tires. I was glad to pay that. I can’t stand idiots….. and businesses that try take advantage of people. So don’t go here…

Explained things, topped off all my fluids, cleaned my back windshield, was sure to go over pricing beforehand. Explained all the things they offer thoroughly to myself & my husband as I was on the phone with him. Inspection comes with every oil change which I thought was wonderful! Had a wonderful experience here & will continue to do business with them. Highly recommend!
