  I was very impressed with our recent service with Safelight. I was called a few days before the appointment to confirm and ask questions. The day of the appointment, our technician, Noah, called in advance to let me know he was on his way, and when he arrived, he thoroughly explained the process and asked if I had any questions. He worked quickly but efficiently, and had my windshield replaced in no time. When he finished, he went over any additional information and asked if I had any additional questions or concerns. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He also took great care to clean my new windshield and any spots left on my vehicle. He did a great job! Highly recommend!

  Everything was done very quickly, I asked for the service to be done at work and it was no bother to my job whatsoever. Definitely recommend 10/10!!

  We scheduled our appointment 2 weeks prior to the appt date. We received confirmations multiple times that our reservation would be honored and a technician would come to our home to replace our windshield. The date arrived for our $300 windshield to be replaced, and NO ONE showed up or even bothered to call to say there was an issue. We had to call only to be told this was “highly unusual”. We did receive a refund, but it would’ve been nice if someone could’ve just called saying “we can’t do this”. We could’ve made other plans.. This was the most unprofessional experience we’ve ever had. Very disappointing.

  I scheduled a mobile windshield replacement with Safelite, prepaid for the service, and waited a week and a half for my appointment. During that time, I confirmed the appointment multiple times, including the morning the technician was scheduled to arrive. Despite all of the confirmations, no one showed up. I never received a phone call, text message, or email informing me that the appointment had been delayed or canceled. I waited the entire day with no communication whatsoever. I contacted Safelite's national customer service department, where the representative confirmed that my contact information and address were correct in their system. He attempted to reach both the Pearl service center and my assigned technician, Nathan, but neither answered. I was given a phone number for the local office and told to call the next morning. After three separate attempts, no one answered that number either. With no explanation, no communication, and no way to reach the local service center, I ultimately requested a refund. I was informed that it would take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed, despite having already paid in advance for a service that was never provided. I understand that scheduling issues and unforeseen circumstances can happen. What is difficult to accept is the complete lack of communication and the inability to reach anyone at the local office for an explanation or resolution. A simple phone call or text message would have demonstrated respect for my time and allowed me to make other arrangements. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this Safelite location. Reliable communication and honoring scheduled appointments are fundamental expectations of any service business, and neither was met in my case.
