Subject: Concern Regarding Employees Misrepresenting Shower and Restroom Availability To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report a serious concern regarding the conduct of several employees at one of your locations. Multiple truck drivers, including my husband, were told that the showers and restrooms were unavailable and "out of service." Yellow caution tape had been placed across the restroom and shower areas, giving the impression that the facilities were closed due to maintenance or mechanical issues. However, after receiving conflicting information from staff, my husband decided to verify the situation himself. Upon entering the area, he discovered what appeared to be newly renovated facilities that were fully operational. The toilets were functioning properly, the sinks were working, and several showers were available. He personally turned on multiple showers and confirmed that both hot and cold water were working perfectly. This raises serious concerns that customers were being intentionally denied access to fully functional facilities. What made the situation even more troubling was the behavior of the staff. When I initially asked two employees about the showers, they appeared confused by the question. After I approached another employee, the first two employees quickly joined the conversation and suddenly began confirming that the showers were supposedly "broken down." Their responses appeared coordinated rather than based on actual knowledge of the facilities. Additionally, one employee was standing in the corner on her personal phone and, when approached with a customer question, raised her finger toward me to signal that I should wait rather than ending her personal phone conversation and assisting a paying customer. Truck drivers spend significant amounts of money at Pilot Flying J locations specifically because they depend on services such as showers, restrooms, food, fuel, and parking. If employees are falsely representing operational facilities as being out of service, they are not only creating unnecessary hardship for drivers, but they are also potentially costing your company revenue and damaging your reputation within the trucking community. I respectfully request that management investigate this location, review surveillance footage if available, and determine why fully functional facilities were being represented as unavailable to customers. Truck drivers work long hours and deserve honest information and professional customer service. If the facilities are truly out of service, that is understandable. If they are fully functional, customers should not be denied access due to employee convenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Tru

Everyone raved about the showers so I stop in and the showers are not even working. So if you need to clean up better head to the next one. Friendly staff though.
