On October 11, 2026, at approximately 12:05pm, I witnessed an Enterprise branded van driving recklessly on I-10 just past Moss Point. The van appeared to be traveling well over 100 mph and repeatedly made dangerous maneuvers that nearly forced several cars off the road.

I had a reservation for a rental. I arrived on time to pick it up. When I entered the building, the lady behind the counter said they had no cars even though I had a reservation. She said she had been trying to call me, but I had no missed calls at all. I called the Ocean Springs location to ask if they had any cars available and they told me the issue had been escalated to a manager and I'd be hearing from them, but I never heard from anyone at all. I verified they had my phone number and email address, but it looks like nobody attempted to reach out to inform me that there were no cars available. I would 100% stay away from Enterprise.

The Pascagoula, Ms. Branch of Enterprise is the Best Branch . Would recommend to anyone in and around that area to use this Branch for all their rentals. The girls at the counter goes above n beyond to take care of you.
