  This was the worst experience I have ever had at an enterprise location. I frequently rent a car, and I have never had any issues until today. I was told to make a reservation to pick up a car today and when I got to the location Charlie vice the branch rental manager quickly told me that there were no cars available. I tried explaining that I had made a reservation and was told that no other cars; two people were supposed to drop them off today and they never showed up." She was extremely rude when talking to me and frequently interrupted me when I was trying to see if there was anything else that could be done. As a branch manager, I feel you should have patience and know how to deal with stressful situations. But she just kept struggling her shoulders repeatedly saying I don't know what you want me to do. She did call one of the location ( I asked her to ) and said that they did not have any cars as well, but told me that I could come back the next day , and hopefully the other cars were dropped off. She was very aggressive in her tone, and when I asked her why she was being rude. She told me that I could no longer pick up a car tomorrow, she walked to the door and held it open for me and told me to leave. I don't understand what kind of a manager reacts like this. I was just trying to figure out how to get another car and she was being abrasive and standoffish, I would rather drive over an hour to the next rental car service then give my business to this location.
