James & Jerrod were so kind and very easy to deal with…They made sure I understood what they were doing and what each step of the process would cost. I was so very impressed by their communication and upfront pricing. I had my vehicle back in the driveway the very next afternoon! Aked for him to explain how he got to the number considering the part cost from $85-$130 and hours for work should be $1200 at most. Guy did not say a word for 20 seconds then said it was based off a previous customer who had a bunch of random stuff done which i don't need and then tried to sell the fact I needed them to diagnose the issue which i don't.
