Brody were very attentive and kept me informed about the entire process. I have used Midas off and on for 5 years and haven't been dissatisfied yet.

The team was awesome. They got me in and out quick and even had a student discount!

I dropped my truck off on September the 5th to have a fairly long list of service items done, I spoke with the manager about leaving my truck there for a week because I was going out of town on vacation he was perfectly OK with it being there that long and we agreed that I would pick it up Monday the 14th.They called me 15 minutes after I left my truck there with the price I approved it and went on my way out of town for a week. I go by today to pick up the truck to find out they've done nothing to it! It never even was moved from the spot where I dropped it off! This is beyond unacceptable I LEFT IT WITH MIDAS FOR 9 FULL DAYS!! I use my truck for work every day! This is completely unacceptable service, and I don't know how you can run a business like this and expect to succeed. BUYER BEWARE

I had posted a bad review last week about my brakes and rotors. The manager reached out and has gone above and beyond to help with the problem. I have used Midas since I moved to Oxford in 2024. I will continue using them.

I had a series of items done on multiple vehicles. Tires, brake flush, balancing and rotation. You get the idea. Everything was handled very professional and soon as possible. Everyone was great from the call center, manager, counter personnel, and mechanics. I trust what they recommend and the work behind it. It is hard to find a shop that you trust, but MIDAS in Oxford is mine.
