  I came in with a radiator problem, and thank God I had a warranty! Midas took me in, contacted my warranty company, performed an inspection, and got the repair approved and authorized. They even provided me with an Uber ride home and back to the shop once my vehicle was ready. I’m very pleased with their service! Excellent work, great customer service, and now I’m back on the road smooth sailing again. I definitely recommend Midas! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The front desk people were super helpful!! They even advocated for my tire when the mechanic couldn't find my hole. They made the whole process easy to understand and quickly efficient!!

  I went in for an oil change and wiper replace and was quoted one price and upon getting my truck back it was more than double! Inflation? I get it! I live in HornlakeMs which is 1:30 hrs away but I didn't mind due to the service I received in August! What a mistake this time as none of the staff looked familiar! Checked and fluids not topped, tires not rotated and oil leaking! 1 week this day I took it back a 8am and was called at 9:30 for pickup, to be called back to say a few more minutes for bumper to bumper inspection! 12:30 I just went, and saw it was ready for pickup! Decided to inspection before entering and wow, a finger full of oil! Didn't wipe it to show it to the manager and he stated that I had oil plug and valve cover leaks! Never had a leak in my driveway until then! They had to pull it back in and while that's happening talking to the manager at 1:15 by I ask the manager was there anything we could do for the inconvenience of travel and time! A discount on the next oil change to get none of the basic services that comes with it that you sould have done the first time! This is by far the worst place to let put a bell on your bike! Southaven and Oxford Midas are not doing anything advertised!

  I came in this morning in a panic and were able to fix my issue all in the same day. They kept me up to date along the way. I highly recommend!

  TYPING THIS IN THEIR WAITING ROOM LOL I have always gone to Midas, never had any issues. Now that they have expanded I fear they bite off more than they can chew. Getting my car in took 3 days after they cancelled my first appointment then they let me know I needed new tires. Took more days and they tried to keep it overnight. Now I’m back and they are still being deceptive about how quickly they can get your car done. I understand being short staffed, and having equipment malfunctions but you need to be transparent about that to customers who have things to do and have been at your establishment 4 different days in one week trying to get service. You are better off telling customers to go somewhere else instead of taking them on and waiting 5 days to service their vehicles. Profit is profit but you should always respect customers time. I will never be back sadly after 4 years of service. I am so disappointed.
