  I've been visiting this store for several years now, and lately I'm fed up with the staff's incompetence. They can't even find a simple AC part, even with the part in plain sight, and they don't even know what it is. I give them all the vehicle information, and I still have to search for it myself on Google, using the part number and everything. It's like they think they're the customers if I don't do all this. Many times they give me the wrong parts, and when it comes time to exchange them, they all have long faces, as if customer service isn't their job. They should consider properly training their staff and at least giving them some instruction on how to do their jobs correctly. I mean, when you go in for a part, it's logical to provide your vehicle information, but it's not normal to have to practically just go to the other side of the counter and do everything yourself.

  Customer service is outstanding! I can’t recall the young man’s name that helped me, but his customer service skills were superb. I know he attends Lafayette High School and he’s in the lineman program. Great kid! He took so much time out in assisting me. I had taken my car to a competitor in Tupelo. They said my battery was good. This young man tested it and said you definitely need a new battery. He cleaned all of the corrosion and build up off of the bracket and the terminals. This kid needs a raise or some sort of recognition Auto Zone. He definitely won me over as a customer at Auto Zone. Thankful to see a young person his age with such tremendous work ethic. He will definitely go places.

  Best parts store in Oxford, Mississippi if you need anything, they will have it see Brent. He is the manager at the store and he will make you feel very welcome and find the exact part for your vehicle.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this store. My car broke down after the Texas A&M game, and marquis towing, @ 9:45pm helped me by suggesting I take my vehicle to this store for help… thinking it may be a battery issue. I was in town from New York, driving a vehicle that I borrowed, and the staff at AutoZone stayed beyond normal closing hours to help diagnose and get me going. Without hesitation or any reservations, the two gentlemen working that evening took care of me. Between the expeditious towing service and the care provided by AutoZone, I could not be more happy and grateful. P Reed Selkirk, NY
