  Kaylee was amazing! She was the only one working when I came to Zips Car Wash and still made sure everything was taken care of. She was friendly, hardworking, and provided great customer service even while handling everything by herself. She definitely deserves recognition and a bonus for how hard she was working!

  The location in Memphis has everything this location needs. The vacuums don't work and neither do the employees. It's surprising that the Memphis location is actually awesome compared to Olive Branch. Just fix your location I shouldn't have to get on Zen desk and put in a ticket that's the managers job.

  I’m usually not a huge fan of automated car washes but this one does a pretty good job Jacob one of the staff members here is an incredibly friendly young man in a great super helpful.

  Been to this location three times. Seems the employees do not want to work. All three times in the months of april to now May 3rd The vacuums are never working. If you’re looking to ACTUALLY CLEAN your car. I wouldn’t recommend this location. If you just want a quick wash.. then you’re solid. That’s all they want anyways.
