  Ive been in there a good couple of times, its always a good experience waiting in the lobby, they either have a movie or music playing, and the services usually get done fairly quick

  I came here because my dealership was closed and it was the best decision ever. They fixed my car in quick time simple and easy and were very nice even while it was close to closing🙏 would recommend

  My experience here at this particular location was not good at all I was lied to and deceived about services being supposedly done I went there first of all to have a valve cover gasket job did which is I really don’t think they did it and then the second time I brought it back and they charged me for the services all over again so I got charged twice for a valve cover gasket assembly job my vehicle still is using oil of which they lied and said the gasket would stop it and then they told me they changed my oil really how can you change your customers oil and when the customer gets their vehicle and check their oil, I was a whole quart of oil low no sticker placed in the windshield to say that you all changed my home all the places I’ve ever been to acknowledge their service and the only thing they could do to explain this was one of their auto tech probably failed to put the correct amount of oil back in my vehicle. And that they were sorry only gave me an apology and says sometimes that happens I don’t think soWhat if I hadn’t checked it out Matt and Austin’ Are liars and then they had the audacity to try and deceive me into filing another claim with my warranty provider to scam some more money out of me and them I would never ever come back here again to do business with these crooked people so customers please be aware of these people at this particular location and also waited for the manager to get there to speak with him about the situation and he walked right in and never addressed the situation or said anything about nothing to me or my husband very very poor customer service!!!

  ​On April 27th, I brought my vehicle here for service. I was handed back a car that was actively hazardous to drive because the technician failed to secure the skid plate, causing it to drop and drag violently against the pavement the second I pulled onto the road. ​I immediately turned around and returned. While the onsite manager admitted to the negligence and re-secured the plate, the customer service since then has been a complete scam. The manager explicitly told me he couldn't issue an immediate refund and that it had to be kicked up to the District Manager, Dylan, for review. ​After weeks of being completely ghosted by Dylan despite leaving multiple voicemails, I finally called Midas Corporate directly. Corporate explicitly confirmed that the onsite manager LIED to my face. They stated the refund absolutely could and should have been issued right then and there on the spot. ​The management here didn't just endanger my safety on the road—they fabricates lies to avoid immediate accountability and pass the buck to a District Manager who doesn't have the backbone to return a phone call. ​Taking people's money, endangering their safety, lying to cover your tracks, and then ghosting the customer for a month is pathetic business behavior. Go anywhere else in Memphis if you value honesty and vehicle safety. I am moving forward with a bank chargeback.
