  The young man that assisted me with everything really went above and beyond. From just a simple,sir. To how the weather was ? Just an all around genuine people person. Jacoby is a standard of what everyone should be. Thanks Bruh

  Very unprofessional and office is disorganized. Made a reservation two weeks prior early at 7:30 a.m . Ok so I went to the location at 7:25 a.m. and went to the door right at the time they opened . The manager or whoever he is what not welcoming. I waited for a car until Almost 8:20 a.m. the office did not communicate well and keep me informed of what was going on until almost 8:00 o’clock when they said we washing your vehicle . This office is a joke and I will never rent from this location again . So I finally get the car and I start driving up the street and l notice the add air light is on . The front driver side tire was 25 and the other ones were 34 . I took this car back and demanded another one and the manager there really didn’t care did not apologize or do anything out of courtesy as this was a safety issue . I was 2 hours behind for vacation trip. because of this disorganized location . This location is poorly ran and should be shut down .

  Car was supposed to be ready at 2. Got here at 3, been waiting over an hour and still don’t have a rental. Am supposed to be in Dallas come morning and they’re acting like they’re getting ready to close and I have no vehicle

  I reserved a midsized SUV on 5/25/26 for a trip 6/18/26. I was the second person to check in on 6/18/26 at 7:30 when they opened. After checking in another young man of a different race checked in afterwards. I’m just sitting there waiting and waiting. While waiting I noticed that the young men that work there kept letting the young man behind me know they are getting his vehicle and it should be ready shortly. I’m still sitting there no one saying anything to me. They went to talk to him again and told him that they were getting him a Nissan Altima. He stated that he didn’t want that he wanted a SUV. I’m still just sitting there. The entire staff is assuring that he is ok. They ended up giving him a midsize SUV, which I am assuming is my vehicle. After 45 minutes I’m still sitting there and I asked what’s taking so long. They then proceed to ask my name and say they are looking for me a vehicle. I should have asked then why did they give my vehicle away and assisted the young man behind me first. I was there 3 hours waiting for a vehicle. A vehicle that I had reserved almost a month ago. This mishap delayed our family trip and no one acted like they cared. Oh, they did try to give us a small SUV that could maybe fit 1 suitcase in which I declined. This was unacceptable, I will never rent from this location again!
