  Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly, courteous, and took good care of me. They made the rental process quick and easy and had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My only disappointment was having to rent a smaller vehicle than I wanted and receiving a car with a hubcap missing. Other than that, the vehicle performed well, I had no issues with it during the rental period, and I was satisfied with the overall experience.

  My experience with Enterprise was extremely frustrating, although I do want to make it clear that the manager and the store associates were very nice, helpful, and professional. My issue doesn’t seem to be with the employees at the location it honestly seems like they’re dealing with problems that are completely out of their control. The wait time was extremely long, and it took forever for me to actually get a vehicle. I also ended up having to go to three different locations because the vehicle I received needed an oil change. That was a huge inconvenience and something a customer shouldn’t have to deal with after already waiting so long. Enterprise as a company really needs to do better with vehicle availability, maintenance, and the overall rental process. The employees can only do so much with what they’re given. I appreciate the manager and associates for doing their best, but the overall experience was exhausting and disappointing.

  8/21/26. I had a 9 AM reservation for a vehicle. I called numerous times to see if they had one available. I finally got someone on the phone and the said no vehicles were available. I asked why wasn’t I notified they said they would call me as soon as one was available this was at 11:50 AM . I called corporate they said stay would have the store manager call me. That what at 11:55 AM. Now it’s 4:20 I still haven’t heard from anyone! 6:15 PM now and never heard from anyone!

  The four people that work here are great! Their professionalism and kindness is unmatched. They treated every customer with respect and patience, when I could see they were swamped. They didn’t have the vehicle I needed but set me up with something that could hold me over. They made a note and took care of me. They held their word and made this car rental experience absolutely top notch. May God bless every person that works at that location.
