  We had our camper at Camping World for service this week, and even though we hit a few unexpected delays with warranty approvals and waiting on the manufacturer, the experience ended on such a positive note thanks to Monica and the service team. The week before a major holiday is an incredibly busy time, so we knew they had a lot on their plate, but Monica never made us feel like just another customer. She was friendly, professional, patient, and kept us updated throughout the process. Even when things were completely out of Camping World’s control, she handled every situation with such a positive attitude and genuinely cared about getting us back on the road as quickly as possible. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Monica absolutely went above and beyond. We are so grateful for everything she and her team did for us. If you have the opportunity to work with Monica, you’re in great hands. She is truly an outstanding representative of Camping World!

  Worst insurance appraisal ever received on my motor coach . Staff unhelpful extremely slow in service or response to your questions or concerns. Service manager does not return calls . Monica is the worse in servicing ur Coach careless in quality inspection or quality service

  All I'm going to say is make sure before you sign on the line to ask them about the how to use your RV class that's over $3,000, the sway bar that they include that's over $1,000 and other fees and the additional extra charges that they charge that equal up to over $7,00 0 a lot of time and energy could have been saved had they just been honest up front. Adrian was still an amazing salesman that went above and beyond but all of the paperwork came from management and corporate so whether he knew or not I don't know but before you sign on the line look at all the additional charges, ask for a printout of all the charges and what it's going to cost you because interest is 11.9%. I'm looking for the paper we got so that I can post it so you can see what I'm talking about but Iwe went to a smaller family owned Company in Jackson paid $23,000 for a brand new trailer with a forever to warranty with everything we wanted out the door and they only charged $900 in charges and they explained each and every one in detail and didn't force us to buy anything. And we weren't charged $3,000 for a learn how to use your RV charge.. we were offered additional things that could make it easier to use and move our camper but we were not forced to pay for them up front they gave us a choice. Maybe look at your smaller family-owned businesses if you're a hard-working everyday blue collared citizen like my husband and myself are we are not rich and cannot afford to just automatically have those things forced upon us. So check out the small family owned business in Jackson Tennessee. We got the camper we wanted they explained each additional fee had a write-up to us within 30 minutes and it was $23,000 out the door everything total cost with the lifetime warranty. Now they do have extras that we can choose to purchase but it was not automatically tacked on to the bill so pay attention to the numbers before you sign on the line anywhere you go. Very disappointed that we weren't told the truth upfront at camper world. Say what you want in your response to this but had you just told us up front about this $8,000 worth of additional charges maybe things would have been different shame on you

  The service department is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service manager of a service department. I was on site just to check a customers RV for a customer At their facility that the customer had already talked to them about and got clarification on. I’ve been standing there for about one hour waiting on them to be able to tell me where the RV was and how to get to it. Then was told the service manager is working on it and will let me know where it is. Then the guy in the picture which is the service manager is standing at the counter with another customer and just having a casual conversation about the grandkids how many grandkids they have and other just random stuff. All while looking at me that had been waiting for a good bit to get to this RV when all he gotta do is just tell me where it’s at. So I walk over to him to politely ask, “excuse me I’ve been waiting for about an hour to find out where Mr. such and such RV is to check it” and He looked directly at me and said you can wait until our conversation is over so I politely laughed and said OK and took his picture and left. Man like first of all how hard is to find 40 foot Rv and just show me where it is then continue your conversation about I work related stuff.

  I was trying to purchase a camper at the Camping World Memphis location through the Costco membership RV program. The price for this camper was listed right around $60,000 on every website (Costco, RV Trader, and Camping Worlds own website). The stock number was the same on all websites, so there was no discrepency with that. After obtaining the Costco price certificate, a saleman from Camping World Memphis contacted me. I told him I was ready to buy and put a deposit down on the camper at the listed price. He then mentioned that the price on that particular camper is now over $80,000....REALLY! A $20,000 BAIT & SWITCH PRICE DIFFERENCE! He then stated that he would talk to the manager and get back to me. After a couple days, I heard nothing back, so I reached out again, and he stated the manager had been at a different location and he would get ahold of him immediately and let me know. Well after a few more days of not hearing anything, I reached out again. This time he said that camper has a pending sale....REALLY! So moral of the story, this Camping World don't honor their online price, not even through the Costco RV program. And they won't follow up with you at all. So if you're looking to buy an RV, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
