  Mac was amazing!! It was my daughter’s first time to bring her car to get an oil change and he walked her through everything and told her what she should expect and what to look for! He was very personable and professional! He went above and beyond with educating my 16 year old on a proper oil change. We even got some laughs in with her!! We will continue to come back for all 4 of our vehicles!

  Ms. Melissa and Mr. Malachi were fantastic to work with. This was my first time getting an oil change at this establishment, and they were very helpful and professional. The facility was clean and very well ran. I was in and out in a very timely manner.

  Went to get an oil change a while back and everything was smooth and the customer service was great, no upsells and no BS. This time around I came back before my oil was due for change and asked for a change. Russell (supposed name) recommended I don't do the change since the prices have gone up twice within the last month. He has earned my trust and then he asks if the cars making any noise or anything and I said, "yeah some creeking that's all." All that was a ploy to get underneath my vehicle and then Russell said, "back shocks are missing rubber pieces, the main gas line at the tank that's rubber is dried and cracking and I need an alignment." I knew the issues to the vehicle except the gas line. He kept suggesting I get it fixed as soon as possible and to give them a call to schedule it, part needs to be mailed in and he clearly stated an uncharge as well as $149/hr for labor. Before I spend hundreds of dollars and schedule something I have to either look at it myself or have another mechanic I trust, like my girlfriends father. Asked him for help and he went under and said there's no issues with any lines and all the rubber still look fresh. TLDR; Russell is a liar and a scam artist. Never coming back to this business.

  I would absolutely recommend everyone get their oil change here, they explained everything to me made sure to offer additional services In case I wanted them. However, they did not become pushy when I said that I only wanted the oil change which I have never experienced before. DJ was especially kind, and the service was extremely fast and prompt.

  Worst experience I've ever had during an oil change. Not only did I have to wait an hour and a 1 for them to complete my oil change while I was in the Bay. I had turned off the car for them to work on it. And when I would turn it back on my car would no longer start. I have not had any previous engine problems or battery problems. And was only in for an oil change. Well, they tried to fix it, then. The manager J comes out and when I got out to inquire what was wrong with my car? He proceeded to chew me out and tell me, I need to get back into my car and I said, no. I said, mechanic shops have a reputation when it's a single woman to try to take advantage of them and it is very suspicious that I came in here with my car.Having no problems and after an oil change, it would no longer start.he him he told me I needed to get back in the car i told him no I wanted to see what they were doing. And then they called the cops on me. Because I refused to just sit in the car while they did whatever they did, then he said. Well, you need to start the car and I said, no. I want someone to come look at my car before I leave here. Because I didn't trust the work. The man began to berate me more. And then when the cop showed up, he told them I was crazy and made up a story of how I was saying that they were ripping me off. And I said, no I wanted to make sure you were not. I will never go back there again.And I suggest any woman to never go there again.
