  Very thorough & friendly staff. I left a local oil service establishment because of poor customer service & pressure add one that were not necessary. Retired military & will return.

  Mac was great as always took care of my top off even pulled my cabin filter cause MY AC has not blowing cold it was bad got new one here and now it’s cold again thanks mac

  Damon and Gracie took care of me today I’m no longer leaking oil he fixed it fast and Gracie replaced my cabin filter got my oil changed price was ok friendly staff the guy inside was very nice aswell nobody was pushy like other shops I have been to I will tell my friends to come see this team

  My truck was having issues stoped at grease monke they got a new mechanic and he was very knowledgeable got me back running right in no time very happy I recommend everyone to stop here for all ur needs

  One of the worst experiences I have ever had getting my oil changed. I usually am not one to say anything, but wanted to share my experience to save others that are considering coming to this place. When getting the service, they dropped a screw driver in my car and it took 2 people plus a tool to retrieve it. My vehicle was the only one there and it took over 45 mins for an oil change. I honestly was not mad about this happening. I understand that mistakes happen, just as long as everything was resolved and no damage was done inside my car. What got me was the price. For an oil change, it costs me over $150. I asked to use my $25 dollar discount to bring the price down. On a sign outside the building, I noticed that they did military discount that took off 25% of the bill. They do not stack discounts, and Obviously the military discount would have taken off more money, so I asked to do that. When they came back and said that either discount would take off the same amount, I was a little confused. After asking to speak to the manager to ensure the new guy who was relaying me the information was correct, the manager spoke to me as if I were an Inconvenience and as if I had no idea what I was talking about. He managed to get loud and huff and puff with me after I was asking him about the military discount and he kept repeating the same answer not answering my question about how the amount does not make sense for 25% of a $150 bill would only take off $25 dollars. For anyone who is military or is a dependent of a military family I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!! They will rip you off and not give you the service that you intend to have. I am honestly extremely disappointed in the management of this place and will NOT be paying good earned money to receive service from this place again.
