  Extremely poor customer service. Agent was Extremely rude and kept interrupting me. I have been a longtime enterprise customer. This is by far the worst enterprise location I've been to. They had to swap the first car they had assigned because it smelled of smoke but they make it look like a favor as if they upgraded the car. Also, I never renter a car with a tank half full. Usually you get it as full tank and return it full. They gave it to us with half a tank and of course when we are filling it before return, there is no way to fill it to exact same level so we put a full tank and thought they will have the decency to refund us the gas price but of course lack of decency is the theme of that location. Also, good luck requesting a pick up. Rental was supposed to be picked at 9 AM, they did the pick up (we are a hotel that's 4 minutes drive from them) at 12 PM. And don't try to talk any sense to the agent. Agent was rude and kept interrupting. And of course racist becuase I have an accent; so she is asking if I'm new here. STAY AWAY FROM THAT LOCATION

  2nd rental with Enterprise involving insurance claim. If you can’t get help from Rocky, think twice before renting at this location. The rental I am in has a bad tire and I was told “call Roadside” like really lady? I’m in a vehicle that is not safe to drive and you want me to pull over and call Roadside? I told her that’s a dumb comment and she stated “lady you wanted an answer”. And hung up then called back and hung up on again. Great service lol my experience with that location with rocky was great but whoever this chick Was shouldn’t work in customer service. Work in a cube with four walls and maybe as a collections representative because you are rude just like those type of people I will make a formal complaint and will say your horrible with customer service. Enterprise goal is great experience lol not this chick

  I was referred to this Enterprise by my insurance company but I will not ever use the Enterprise in Ocean Springs, MS again unless they decide to make things right. I had a beautiful truck to ride around in but they failed to honor my insurance agreement. I paid upfront for the insurance I intended to use but they failed to end it as we verbally agreed. After multiple days were in crewed they finally called to tell me it wasn’t stopped. They said I signed something that said I would continue to use the insurance after Friday but no one ever mentioned that until I had already had a bill over $200. This is bad business and unless Enterprise decides to do the right thing and write off that additional money they added after our initial encounter I WILL NOT ever use this office again. I’ve used other Enterprises in the past and have never had a problem but this is definitely a problem. They say I signed a contract that was on a tablet that could barely be seen so to hold a customer to a misleading interaction that took place is definitely bad business and I won’t be a part of their bad business again! If you correct this terrible business decision you have made I will not have a problem removing the bad report I’m giving but if you maintain your stand on pushing me to pay for something I never knowingly agreed to then this bad rating will hold in place. So it is up to you if you want me to change this rating to a good review but until you make the right decision to honor what was verbally agreed then this comment will remain in place. Bad business was done, I was lied to and misled and I see no reason for me to ever use your service again!
