- GMGabriel Moncada1 day ago1.0Don't ever, EVER come here. The worst customer service AND the worst Arby's employees. I simply asked for the special at Arby's and the Manager, of all people, sighed and snapped at me saying it will be more then 2 hours for that to be ready. I looked at her and she looked at me and I said, politely, no thank you. But the reason why I said no thank you was because of her attitude. The Pilot manager was just as rude. She made me feel as it were a bother to ask her ANYTHING. This world has enough ugliness. Please, Pilot AND Arby's, do better. 6:40PM JULY 9, 2026

- OOOTR (OTR)Jun 28, 20265.0Seemed ok for pilot, not best but definitely not worst,, showers were not bad, clean 8 of 10 found parking. Pumps were all working. Over all about the same. I don't use pilot i prefer flying j. They usually have TV. Lounge for drivers. And if you're looking to park pull through the pump this way, all of the parking will be on your site side, instead of trying to blind back this ain't new jersey or fla.lol
- JBJessica BurgessJun 22, 20261.0🤮 My husband had planned on eating at this Arby's, but walked out before ordering after witnessing a serious health hazard. He went to use the restroom before getting his food and watched an employee walk out of a stall and leave the bathroom completely without washing their hands.It is incredibly disappointing to see such a basic food safety and hygiene rule ignored. He immediately left the premises and will not be returning. Management really needs to address this with their staff, as it makes me question the cleanliness of the entire kitchen.🤮
