  This was my first visit to Grease Monkey in Natchez, MS. I left very unsatisfied. Price was WAY TOO high! The person checking me in did not confirm with me the price or the archive I requested or I would’ve driven away before they started. I was charged the price for full synthetic oil (base price $109.99) + 2.7 extra gallons. I normally opt for synthetic hybrid/blend for my vehicle. Also I heard the underground tech ask why the guy up top added the 2.7 gallons indicating it probably didn’t even need it. Thank goodness I didn’t opt in for any of the extra services he tried to upsell me for, including but not limited to, a ridiculously priced in-cabin air filter (told me it was around $60 and I can buy one at Napa for less than $20), and other services like a transmission service and tire rotation, even though clearly my tires are brand new and I do NOT need them rotated. He wouldn’t have known. He never checked the tread, but I got all four brand new, two weeks ago. This is hands down, THE MOST expensive oil change I’ve ever purchased! Service was minimal, close to unbearable. Person (above ground) had very minimal customer skills and I heard the other above ground technician and him arguing over the use of an extra clipboard. I mean. Customers do not want to hear that. I was very very disappointed. And after a poor customer experience, and $150+ oil change, I’m not sure I’ll ever be back!
