  Stephen did great at doing my oil change and also checking my filters. He also let me in on a little trick for when I get future oil changes!!!! Will definitely be back! To management please give him a raise lol!

  The manager, Stephen, tried every way possible NOT to change my oil without purchasing an additional service. He said it had been >6k miles since my last oil change with them & he couldn’t change the oil without purchasing a cleaner. I asked Dustin to ask him since when. I had been specifically coming to this location because of the service for >a year & it’s never been a requirement before. I asked to speak with him & he wouldn’t come out to speak with me. I had a 25% off coupon on my last oil change which he said was too old & I couldn’t use it. He did say he would change my oil this time but he would have to make a notation on my acct & to corporate. I told Dustin that was fine & I looked up & found a coupon for the senior discount if $25.00. Dustin took a picture of it to the manager who then had Dustin come tell me the manager needed proof & Dustin needed to take a picture of my ID. When I finally got in the bay, the manager walked around the building, got in his car, which was blocking the 2nd bay & drove off. By the way, Dustin’s badge has JR on it & he was great, but Stephen has caused you to lose a customer at any grease monkey in fear of retaliation on my vehicles.
