  I would like to commend one of your employees, Dennis Knight, for going above and beyond customer service protocol. I have serviced and have had serviced 3 different vehicles in the last couple of months. Dennis has been instrumental in making sure that we had the right parts and helping us make sure we had the right fluids and tools. He took a good bit of time with us each and every time that we came in. I would just like to say thanks Dennis and that Auto Zone has an exemplary employee as well one that represents Auto Zone well.

  Absolutely no help try to find headlight for my vehicle may have a thing to scan a QR code takes you to a broken link tried to use the book the book is not up to date while I was looking they said let me know if you need help finding the light bulb went to find help and only one person was helping customers and there was a long line the other three people that were in there when I got there just disappeared as soon as they seen I actually looking for help

  KIMBERLY B needs to learn customers service. This woman was by far the rudest employee I've dealt with at AutoZone her attitude is just nasty. Not to mention the guys working night shift last night told me If the part doesn't work to bring it back n get my money back so I did that this morning n this lady starts being a rude. She has very very poor customer service skill. Not to mention when I told her the guys that work night shift told me I could bring it back and she then turns around to walk away from me saying Lord they just trash. I don't know if she talking bout the employee on night shift or the customer but she definitely doesn't not need to be in customer service. Her attitude is just nasty
