  This was my 1st visit. Had a plastic Under Rail Bedliner & Top Rails installed on my 2013 Chevy Silverado. Rick's Pro-Truck offered a competitive price. However, the front portion of the bedliner doesn't snap over the bed to secure that part down. At that point I would think since these are the professionals they would know to use heavy duty double sided tape to secure it down and not just leave it up as seen in the photos which is very unprofessional to say the least. What has happened to going above & beyond to ensure #1. Your work is done professionally that meets customer's satisfaction 2. It's just the way business should be done 3. Retain customers, 4. Gain a repeat customer and finally 5. Remember, at the end of the day-let your work speak for the kind of business you really are. Shop and/or store manager(s) should always inspect work before vehicle leaves shop.

  Very cool place! I like doing business with these people, very honest and helpful. I've placed two large orders with them and with both there were issues. The sales staff (gentleman I was working with) was always very good about keeping me in the loop and resolving these issues (none of which were RPT's fault). They have a great selection of truck accessories on the inside in their showroom and can get you just about anything. To top it all off, their work is top quality. Highly, highly recommend these folks!
