I had another great experience with Mavis Tire today. The service was taking longer than expected, but Robert, the manager, made sure that I was taken care of and cut me a deal on the cost for having to wait. I didn't ask, he offered. My past and present experiences with Robert is that he cares that his customers are satisfied with the service that they receive there. This is refreshing compared to some other business where management just goes through the motions but don't truly care. For me, Mavis Tire in Madison and Robert have earned a longtime customer in me. I appreciate you guys.

Outstanding service received from Mavis Tires in Madison, Mississippi! Top notch sales associates and manger (Robert)! Robert answered all of my questions about tires, brake pads (life time warranty), and rotors (12,000 miles), and gave me a great discount on my set of four tires, rear brake pads, and rear rotors!

Today was my first time coming to this location and today will be my last time in my lifetime ever coming to this location. 11 AM appointment, waited one hour for vehicle to be moved to the back at 12 PM. At 1 PM two hours later, I was notified that shuttle with my four tires has not arrived. Two hours of my time wasted just to be told tires are not at location. Something that could have took 30 seconds to check. Came back at 3 PM once shuttle arrived. Waited an additional two hours and 15 minutes even though I originally had a 11 AM appointment for vehicle to be moved to the back. They’re collecting $25 security deposits for appointments but when you show up, you’re treated like a first come first served. I’m willing to bet $1,000. This location will not be open in one year from now. Due to the horrible level of customer service and the mismanagement of priority appointment clientele. Call center has to stop stacking appointments 3&4 at a time within an hour. As if the mechanics are not human as well.

Came here to get my tires rotated and to check my alignment, very impressed how quickly they did it and how nice everyone was! They checked my alignment and it was good and didn’t charge me for that which was nice! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a trust worthy place to work on your car!
