I was having a crappy day due to my tire low pressure kept coming on. I walked into Mavis in Madison and I am very appreciative of Mack who was able to assist me right away and his attitude was very positive. Sometimes the attitude that workers have play a role in how things work out.

Brian helped us at the counter when it was close to closing on a Sunday and all of his technicians were occupied. He checked our low tires for leaks and filled them all promptly with air. This is the kind of person you need at every service oriented location everywhere.

Hola , la verdad que la experiencia no ha Sido buena. Tenia un turno programado para las 9 AM y estuve esperando hasta las 11:30 .
No sé mucho de mecánica pero me parece que 2 horas y media para el cambio de 2 ruedas y el cambio de aceite es mucho tiempo.
Te cobran una seña de 25 dólares por el compromiso que implica la solicitud del turno , pero no respetan eso. Su tiempo vale pero el tuyo no.
No recomiendo el lugar. Me hicieron esperar 3 horas y media . Y nunca me dijeron que esperaban los neumáticos.
Una vergüenza no volvere más a este lugar.

Brian and Mac could not have been more accommodating. They were not only courageous and friendly but were very knowledgeable about auto repair. They fixed a flat on my car and also talked to me about my wife and daughter’s car and the problems they were encountering. I also observed how they treated other customers. These guys are serious about creating a positive image of the business and providing a great service. I told them not only was I planning to use them in the future but would recommend them to people at my work. Totally satisfied with their service. I also have to add that the tire tech was also very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing. Also very accommodating.

I scheduled an appointment for a flat repair. The tire was removed for repair and the technician found the tire was not mounted correctly from a previous issue with a different vendor.The manager stated it was a safety issue and I needed another tire.The tire I wanted the store did not carry I found the tire at another vendor the store manager drove me to the other vendor to pick up the tire and brought me back to his store and mounted the tire. The store manager Mike and his assistant Keyanne were extremely helpful very friendly and professional. They were very concerned for my safety but wanted to make sure I was satisfied. This is what I call exceptional service above and beyond I would highly recommend this location.
