Under no circumstances use Mavis Tire. I made an appointment on line for a simple oil change, received a call to verify and upon asking how long the service would take, I was told 30 minutes, as I expected. I arrived on time, my car was not put in the service bay until an hour passed. So I waited an hour and a half for service I could have gotten closer to my home in 30 minutes. As I said, do not use Mavis Tire.

My husband stopped by this morning after getting a flat tire on the interstate in his company truck. He was told it would be about 2 hours before they could repair it, so he left the tire there, continued his work route, and asked them to call when it was ready. Later he was told the tire was unrepairable and that a new tire would cost $112, with the total coming to around $168 because it included mounting and balancing. He was told he would be notified once the new tire was ready. After not hearing anything else, he returned around 4:15 p.m. only to be told there was no one available to put the tire on because the mechanic was “on lunch break.” He pointed out that he had already been quoted and charged for mounting/balancing. The employee then removed only a $11.99 labor charge. So my husband still paid over $150 while two employees literally stood there and watched him remove the spare and install the new tire himself. A $112 tire somehow became a $150+ bill for services that were never even provided. EXTREMELY disappointing customer service and handling of the situation…..it’s a shame!!!!!

I came in for a front end alignment. I came in on a Thursday. I was there for 3 hours. By this time it was closing time. My alignment wasn’t done correctly. So i was advised to come in Saturday. I came Saturday. Still unable to be aligned correctly. They said it was because “I have lane assistance”. I then told them that I don’t. They offered me a free oil change for my troubles and a refund. Not to mention the tech doing the alignment. Sped off and spinning tires in my car every time he went down the street to check to see if the alignment was done correctly. I’m very disappointed in the service provided.

While waiting to have my tire changed, I witnessed assistant manager Nicole handle a customer concern and I was really impressed. She remained calm, professional and respectful throughout the interaction even as the situation could have easily became stressful. Nicole took the time to listen carefully, acknowledged the customer's concerns and worked toward a fair and timely resolution. Her ability to stay composed and focused on helping the customer made a strong impression. It's clear they take customer service seriously and how to handle conflict the right way. Overall, I truly appreciate Nicole, Jennifer and the entire Mavis Tire & Brakes Madison team excellent customer service and will definitely be returning in the future

Reached out ahead of time since I didn't see where they necessarily offered the service, but I had issues with a temperature sensor reader in my Camaro. The service was solid, really personable people at this location. The service was pretty fast too, and they offer financing through Synchrony if you need it. I had the engine light come back on after I left, but service was done same day that I brought it back to the shop. Very happy with my experience and I'm sure I'll have more work for them moving forward.
