TERRIBLE SERVICE. Two years ago I bought 4 tires for my 2014 Dodge Ram 4X4 Diesel. I left town the next day, the tire lights came on. They did not fill any of the tires up completely. Last year we took a Chev Silverdo in for front end service. They charged us $2000.00 and it did not fix the problem. Yesterday we went to have a tire replaced on the front. Today, we picked up the truck for tire rotation only because they did not have a replacement tire for the tires that we had on the truck. There was a screw in one of the other tires. They removed the screw but did not fix the problem. We were told the screw did not puncture the tire. My husband left the store and within minutes, the tire light came on. I called the shop and was told that the employee at the shop could not get the tire off so it was not fixed. But another employee that was in the bathroom when I called, can probably fix it and bring the truck back. Why was this not done before we came to pick the truck up. They did not charge us to rotate the tires or remove the screw. Wonder Why! I am done with this tire shop. The worst I have been involved with. My husband is at another shop now.

I walked in to Mavis Tire with a tire that needed a plug, expecting the usual wait, paperwork, and general tire-shop shuffle. Instead, Brian S. took care of me quickly, kindly, and without making a production out of it.
He was helpful. He was efficient. He knew what he was doing. And, bless it, he didn’t try to sell me a tire I didn’t need. The plug was done in no time, and I was back on the road.
That kind of service is worth mentioning. So, Brian S., thank you. You made a small inconvenience feel like no inconvenience at all.

Arrived at Mavis at 2:30 to get my tire plugged. Waited several hours and decided to go in after watching my vehicle sit for hours. Once I spoke to the employee, he stated that they couldn't remove the lugs. No call, no message or anything. Just 2 hours of wasted time.
