First off, don’t rent a car at the Jackson airport in Mississippi. When My flight arrived at 11:30 at night, my reserved Alamo car may have been there, but I’ll never know because there was nobody at the Alamo counter. Enterprise, who is also owned by the same company as Alamo, directed me to the Alamo outside garage instead of helping me get a car. When I came back in to see him, he was gone, too. The Hertz rep was shocked that he sent me away and told me they were both owned by the same company and he could’ve gotten me a car. Since he was the only one left, he tried to get me a car, but he didn’t have any left either. On the way to the hotel, my Uber driver told me they ran out of cars all the time at JAN. The next morning, my Uber driver on the way to the enterprise agency in Brandon told me the same thing. I will say that the enterprise agency in Brandon did a good job getting me the car in the morning.

Every location in this city absolutely sucks. Zero locations with cars. They will take the reservation and your money. They never have cars though.
