  I've tried to book a couple of cars from this location over the years. A couple of times I booked online and no car was available at the time I was to pick up. The last time I tried a vehicle wasn't available at the scheduled time but they were able to provide a car a little later. I usually fly out of the Mobile airport so renting a car to go there or return home to the Laurel area is convenient and prevents someone from having to take me/pick me up from the airport. I decided not to rent from this location anymore but I figured I could rent the car from Mobile Airport branch and return the vehicle in Laurel. However this has turned into an issue. The representatives there did not check in the car on the day I returned it. It was checked in the following day. So now I have a bill for 256 dollars. I've called corporate 4 times now and I have been to the location once. The calls to corporate all end with them telling me the situation has been escalated and a manager will call me back. I thought the trip to the Laurel location would be successful as the representative told me that "he put the note on the key with the date and it fell off, so his coworker put the wrong return date on it". He said he would take care of it and keep me in the loop. That was at least three weeks ago and I have not heard anything from anyone except receiving bills for 256 dollars. I just called the Laurel office today 3:55 PM and it took approx 20 minutes for someone to answer. I explained the situation to that person and I was again put on hold. I disconnected the call at 5:02 PM since the location closes at 5. I will say that everyone at the location is very nice, but not nice enough for me to give them money because they made a mistake. Also I see responses from the owner on these negative reviews saying to go to the enterprise website to give more info. I've called 4 times and no one will call me back so I am not going to your website to give all the same info again. Do better.

  I rented a car to get mine worked on as soon as I got into the car it stunk so bad of straight up BUTT it was a complete dirty mess trash stains idek what was smeared across the roof of it the wind shield was smugged out and in couldn’t see a thing had to pay myself for a car that isn’t even mine to clean because of how nasty it was definitely not happy.

  The Laurel MS office was awesome. Reagan was great. The Marshall Texas office thankfully was just a drop off. Some confusion as where to go since air conditioning was not working. One person available. Due to 18 miles from enterprise had to get an Uber.
