- RRRus1 day ago1.0This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The employees are constantly talking and laughing with each other while completely ignoring customers. They won’t even help you until they finish their conversations. The shower situation is even worse. Cleaning a single shower takes about an hour, which creates a huge line and forces drivers to wait for hours just to take a shower. To make things even more frustrating, the only way to track your place in line is by watching the monitor inside the store. If you step outside for a few minutes, you can easily miss your turn and have to wait all over again. This place has no respect for customers’ time. Management seriously needs to address both the staff’s attitude and the terrible shower system.
