  The worst national rental car location in the U.S. I am an executive elite member (75 days or more a year) with national and my problems with one the vehicle they gave me have never been so brushed aside. -1 star.

  Always have what I need, and customer service is always top notch. Vehicles are clean, and haven't had any issues with mechanical failure on any rental I've had.

  For being a national branch this is by far the worst location. As a long time business and personal customer who rents weekly almost every week of the year. I've never had more issues at a location other than this one. Being on the road and having multiple projects going on it's not usual for me to have a vehicle or two rented out through national. This was the first time I've had an issue having a current vehicle rented and being unable to rent a second. Wasted over two hours sitting and waiting to try to figure out what the issue was. Best part is they had me step out of the vehicle at the gate with all my bags. Provided no assistance. What an embarrassment. Sadly Terry for being an assistant manager was a waste of time and could provide no guidance or assistance. I don't understand what his role is if he cannot help customers. Thanks to this location you are highly likely to loose all future reservations from me along with our corporate weekly rentals. Highly recommend Hertz next door as they know how to treat business customers.

  Having only one form of payment to rent a truck is ridiculous. That needs to be more known before making someone go through all that trouble. That yall only have one specific payment method and that's a physical credit card. Not a debit card, not a virtual credit card, not cash,check,or money order??

Their kindness, patience, and willingness to ensure satisfaction is why I will always rent National at JAckson Wiley Evers International Airport.
