Horrible place if you need a simple patch/repair. You call and you're not talking to the store, you're speaking to an operator for the store. They tell you they aren't busy and can get you taken care of ASAP. Which is a lie. The person gives the same excuse why they cant take care of you right now and it's at least e hours.

I honestly can’t rate this place, because I didn’t use them. I used to use a Mavis when I worked in Huntsville Alabama and was really pleased. I came to work in Jackson, and was happy to see this Mavis. But I called on two occasions, and was told that they couldn’t give me a quote for an oil change over the phone. I needed to bring my truck in for them to look at it, to tell me the cost. I can’t do business like that with my schedule. So I found someone else. Thank you
