I brought my car there sunday for a patch although they could find nothing wrong with with tire, Matt took me out and showed me the spots they checked and sprayed down the tire with me because I was convinced there was a leak somewhere. I was treated with courtesy and respect by both managers and the shop employees I will definitely be back

On our trip half way there, we ended up with a nail in our tire. We called Mavis and they were able to get us in and our tire looked at immediately. The entire staff from Shauna to the mechanics were excellent and so helpful! Were extremely thankful that they were able to save our trip!

I had put new struts on my wifes car Friday night. Learned the bottom front ball joints were bad. Called Mavis and talked to Jennifer she got me in Saturday replaced all 4 tires plus ball joints and allignment. Whoever is in charge Jennifer who works at the Brandon store deserves a raise.

I came to get 1 tire replacement with an appointment scheduled and my truck sat in the bay area for 2 hours and 15 mins untouched. When I asked the Rep about it she literally had to go in the bay to tell them how long the truck had been sitting and no one had touched it yet. I told her I was going to Walmart instead, then somebody finally jacked the truck up and eventually started working on it. They are slow at this location and I hope I never have to come back. Definitely going to Riverbend or Walmar for sure.
