  The Enterprise rental process was quick and easy. The workers were friendly, professional and helpful, ensuring a GREAT customer experience. Unlimited mileage- AWESOME!!! The rental car was in great condition! I will be back!!!

  Good evening! We enjoyed the Quick Return process. Daniel delivered great customer service and helped us finalize the Return so I could get to my flight in a timely manner. Thank you, Daniel (the gentleman with the handheld scanner, located in the Enterprise car garage area)!

  Rented a Kia K5 from the Jackson Airport location and the experience was amazing. The car was perfect for the trip and it was easy on the gas and was very comfortable.

  Booked a pickup for Friday thru Saturday (yesterday). Dropped it off a few minutes before it was set to be turned in and one of the staff prompted me to park behind another rental return vehicle and leave the keys on the dashboard. Did that & for some reason, I get an email saying I've got to update the reservation. It's a good thing I got a picture of it. If there was return protocol, that should've been conveyed. Now I'm being charged an extra day when the rental has already been returned.

  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a rental car location. The price was not what we were quoted when we booked online, and although we reserved a full-size premium SUV, we were initially offered a midsize vehicle that would not have comfortably accommodated our family. By that point, we were already behind schedule for our trip, so understandably, I was very frustrated. However, Brandon stepped in and completely turned the situation around. His calm demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to listen immediately helped de-escalate the situation. He quickly recognized the issue, took ownership of it, and made sure my family received the appropriately sized vehicle we had reserved. Brandon is an outstanding manager. Throughout the entire interaction, he remained composed, respectful, and focused on finding a solution. I truly appreciated both his sense of urgency and his excellent customer service. Professionalism and kindness go a long way, and Brandon demonstrated both. Thank you, Brandon Shedrick, for making a difficult situation right.I’d give this review 5 stars for Brandon’s customer service, even though the initial reservation experience was very disappointing.
