  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise on State Street, Jackson Mississippi. My experience on July 23, 2026, with Enterprise was outstanding. The gentlemen at the front desk were professional and courteous. I give extra praise to the young gentleman name Artavion Young.(I hope I spelled his name correctly.) Mr. Young definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The first vehicle I got was running rough, and the engine light came on. I returned that vehicle, and Mr. Young got me a brand new 2027 Chrysler Pacific. I rented a vehicle today, August 3, 2026, and Mr. Young made sure the vehicle was clean and running great. I would definitely come back to this location, due to the exemplary customer service.
