  My rental experience was seamless from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. I left completely satisfied and with a smile on my face. I will definitely rent from this company again!

  Didn’t have the ride that I made reservations for. Also had to wait over an hour just to get the ride. They didn’t clean the vehicle out. The van is nasty & has dog hair all in the cup holder & all over the van. No fluid in the windshield wiper. The van making noise when we got it & still it. Also the van has an odor. They basically just put us in what they wanted to put us in.

  On June 25 my fiance called and made a reservation for July 9th to be picked up at 5 p.m. So on July 9th we received a called at 4 pm an hour before he had to pick up the car saying it wasn’t one available. We were trying to figure out why we didn’t get the call the day before. So once we got there at 5:30 pm we received a car that wasn’t the size we originally wanted but we took it anyway because our trip was the next day. Fast forward to Sunday the weekend of the trip the ties light came on. Pressure being 25 on the tire okay no problem. Leaving out on Monday July 13th the oil light came on saying low on oil. We called enterprise at 10:30 a.m explaining to them what was going on with the car. The guy told us how when we changed the oil. Sir we don’t know. They told us take it to Midas or Firestone. We get there at 10:45 for them to tell us someone from enterprise screwed the top on too tight and it was leaking oil everywhere and the car had completely drained out. We didn’t leave back out until almost 3 hours later. ENTERPRISE PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER.OUR FIRST AND LAST TIME RENTING FROM THEM!! We have lost an 1/2 day getting home all because of a freaking oil leak that could have left us stranded 7 hours from home!!
