  The manager Chris at the Horn Lake, MS location lack customer service skills, and he is very rude and unprofessional. The vehicle was very dirty inside and out. I had a reservation, and I had to wait approximately 2 hours to get a vehicle . Beware….Do Not Rent a Vehicle from this location. You will be greatly disappointed!

  Unfortunately this will be my first and last experience with Enterprise. My car was taken to a shop after a wreck, and the driver-at-fault’s insurance company confirmed a rental for me through Enterprise. I have no other vehicle at home and I work, so having a car is very important to my daily life. I never heard anything from Enterprise after the reservation was made. When I was dropped off at the location, the man at the front desk informed me that he had no cars, and that he had no idea when one might be available. He was very polite and professional, but he couldn’t do anything to help me. I then had to get a ride back home. I called Enterprise to inquire about whether or not another location may have a vehicle for me. They informed me that neither of the locations near me were showing any availability until Monday, which is four days away at the time of this review. Why in the world would you set your business up to accept reservations without confirming that you have the inventory to support it?? That makes absolutely no sense to me. There were many cars in the lot in front of Enterprise, though I have no way of confirming which ones were their rentals. I will stick with Hertz for my rental car needs.

  THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE MANAGER CHRIS IS LIER AND LIED TO ME TWICE ABOUT SENDING SOMEONE TO PICK ME UP AND NO ONE SHOWED UP UNTIL A HOUR LATER.

  One of the workers was unpleasant to my mother.. ! And I Almost went off on him! He wanted to put her in a small car.. because he didn’t want to put her in a bigger one!! Quit holding cars..
