  I don't use Enterprise very much but I don't understand how there can be no cars available when people have made a reservation over a month in advance. I made a reservation on March 23 for Friday May 1st 12pm to take a trip to visit family. Someone called me on April 30 to confirm the reservation and I completed the check-in process right after that. On Friday, someone calls around 10:30am to say that there wasn't a car available yet but they'll call when one is. I still went in a little after 12, hoping maybe I could wait around a little bit until its available (someone was giving me a ride and I didn't want to take up a lot of her day/time). Once there, I was told that they didn't have any cars available and that there was no ETA on when a car would be available. I even asked (politely) what was the point of making a reservation (to which the young man answered that it's not the same as getting a reservation in a restaurant because the customers don't take the tables with them when they leave). I went back home and waited. At 3:30, I called in to see if there was any kind of update. The young lady I spoke with said that were no updates and still no cars. I asked what would happen if there weren't any cars by the time they closed at 6pm. She said the next available reservation would be Monday at 10:30am!! I never heard anything from them again after this phone call. My question still stands: what is the point of making a reservation if there aren't going to be any cars? It stands to reason that if you know there are reservations (which they knew I was still needing the car since they called me the day before), then you make sure there are cars to cover the reservations, without depending on cars being returned. I feel like they had to have known or at least suspected on Thursday that there weren't going to be any cars and they could have at the very least given me some warning about the possibility of not getting a vehicle. Better communication here would have been awesome. I'm not saying I won't use Enterprise again, but I highly doubt I'll be going to this location again.

  I do a lot of rentals through this branch and location and I would never change! I always get what I need when I need it ! And the customer service is amazing! Every single team member makes it a an easy smooth process to rent!
