  Really nice, professional service. Compleat flat tow set up installs on my 2025 jeep wrangler Sahara, I was provided simple instructions on how to use the equipment and even received help over the phone while hooking up my motorhome !! Hats off to the hitch department, great customer service, really friendly people and good customer service.

  Don’t bother getting any hitch work done. I had a hitch put on my Nissan Pathfinder on 5/7/2026. The hitches they use hang down so far I can’t even park in my driveway. First time I pulled in the drive way the hitch hit the ground. I changed cars at that point to go to work and waited to inspect better when I got home. After inspection I found that when they took the bumper off to cut a section they didn’t screw it in so the metal braces were flopping around. I fixed that. But when I called on 5/8 to report the problem with there hitch I was told pretty much tough luck. I wanted it taken off and least part of it refunded but I got no where. So now I’m out 600 and the time to remove and order a factory both and finishing kit. I’ll never step into this place again. Something as simple as a hitch is now costing time and more money. They need to do a better job informing customer that the product they use are nowhere close to factory and will probably not work.

  Had electric step down running boards added to my F250 Tremor Crew Cab, they had the correct running boards, installed what I later found out were the top of the line model. Did a great job. Tim, the owner was great to deal with, his installation crew did a great job installing. After the fact I researched the model number on my running boards, found out the price just to buy them at another dealer was the same as Camper City's price except Camper City's price included installation. The other place would have charged five hundred dollars more for purchase and installation. Great place, great company, recommend them.
