  10 stars for Ms. Copper at this location, Ms Copper is very customer oriented, demonstrated rich knowledge in conflict resolution, operational management, high professional ...... she is a fortune for Budget Car rental... 2 stars taken away because was given expired car tag cars numerously, cars smells offensive, didn't really get a car that works until driving to the Budget Car Rental in Memphis intl' airport, at the end of the day after 8pm, and our car rental reserved since 10am, so we were being charged 11 hours without getting our rental car, plus we have to drive expired car tag car of budget to its airport location to get a non expired car tag car...... however 10 stars for Ms. Copper at this location, she is a fortune for Budget Car rental or any employer for her rich proficiency in managing conflict situations, customer service resolution and so on as mentioned

  I would not recommend renting a car from this company or in particular this location. I prebooked the car ahead of time and then when I arrived at set time to pick up the car they didn't even have it ready. I ended up having to go back home and wait another several hours before they called and said the car was ready. Then I was not even able to drive the car that they gave me due to the tire going flat on me for no apprent reason after having the car for no time at all. To add the cherry ontop I ended up having to file a dispute on my credit card to get the deposit I paid back as it had posted and going on 2-3 weeks with no redund to my credit card.

  Rep at store was phenomenal she greeted me with a smile, she made sure she gave me all details on how to rent a vehicle, she was top tier at the store in Hornlake, Ms. I will definitely rent again.

  Rented a truck only to use it for 15 miles to put my items in the storage & dropped the truck back off. They originally charged me $160, but told me afterwards $32 was coming back to me. Days later they hit my account for $125 and put me in a negative and now they won’t respond to even tell me why was I charged.
