I absolutely love coming to this dealership for all my auto needs and inquiries. One this trip, Doug was my service advisor. When I arrived, he came out to greet me and get me prepared for my appointment. Because I needed several services, I had questions. We step into his office and he answered every question thoroughly. I decided to wait on site during the process. Well, the team had me all fixed up before the approximately completion time I was given. Again, Doug was so pleasant during my visit. Him and the team keeps me coming back.

I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received at Toyota of Hernando. They found the exact vehicle I needed very quickly and were able to accommodate my hectic schedule. My sales rep, Ryan Gaeslin went out of his way to make sure he would be available to meet despite having to show up after normal hours. His knowledge of the features and tech were very impressive. His sales style is low pressure and laid back. This is very uncommon in the auto industry. The finance manager, Art, like Ryan ,was super laid back and didn’t try to push me into additional charges I was uncomfortable with. I’ll definitely be going back to see Ryan and Art in the next couple months to negotiate a new Sequoia. HIGHLY reccomend this dealership and would recommend asking for Ryan and Art on your next Toyota Purchase! 5 Stars All Day

Let's face it: buying a new car can be a real hassle. I can honestly and happily report that Toyota of Hernando provided an amazing experience that far surpassed our expectations. The facility is new and clean. Our salesman, Zach Dickinson, was so helpful and easy to work with. He's been in the car business for years, so his perspective was invaluable when discussing pros and cons of the Grand Highlander we were looking at. Ali was our financial liaison and was very warm and professional. Mind you, we walked into the dealership at 6:45ish pm and bought this car in two hours. Ali got it done quickly, but he nor anyone else at the dealership ever made us feel rushed. But the real test of a company is their response when something goes wrong, and in our experience, Toyota of Hernando knocked it out of the park. First, Ali called me to check on how everything was going and if we liked the car. I told him about a somewhat serious glitch (TMTT) that happened three times in the four days we owned the car. It didn't happen all the time and I just knew if I took it in (1) the problem wouldn't occur for the service personnel, so they'd just shrug and say 'we don't know what you're talking about;' and (2) they would ignore or condescend to me because I'm a woman and I don't know that much about cars. I was pleasantly surprised that neither happened. Ahmad Stewart and Chris Todd in the service department patiently listened to my whole story, asked excellent questions, and a chance comment by Chris and my response led us immediately to the problem which was fixed in about 10 minutes. I have never been treated so respectfully by car service people in my life. They were so open to my explanation and never once made me feel stupid. Then, Chris spent a good half hour with me going over the dash cam, getting my phone hooked up, and explaining the best way to use the air conditioner of all things! I learned so much from him. His title is Product Specialist, but he is a product genius. He knows those cars up, down, backwards, and forwards. Last thing, Toyota of Hernando is not close to our home. It is not convenient. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. It's that good. You will not be sorry you did business with them. *TMTT = Too Much To Text

--I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but when a company will not communicate with you or give you an opportunity to resolve an issue directly, I feel like other customers deserve to know what they may be getting into.-- I don’t typically write negative reviews, but after my experience with Toyota of Hernando’s service department, I feel like this needs to be shared, especially because I have tried multiple times to communicate my concerns directly and have not been able to get anyone to listen or even respond. I purchased a used vehicle from Toyota of Hernando about a year ago. I knew when I bought it that the vehicle had been in a small accident, but I was under the impression that the damage was cosmetic and that there were no functional issues. Because I’ve had bad experiences with used vehicles in the past, I chose to pay extra for ToyotaCare because it gave me some additional peace of mind. Several months later, I received an error message on my dashboard indicating an issue with a sensor. I brought the vehicle to the service department for an oil change and to have the issue diagnosed. This is where my experience became extremely frustrating. There was almost zero communication throughout the entire process. My vehicle was in their shop for over a month, and I had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates. I left voicemails, sent text messages, and sent emails, and would often receive no response. I should not have to beg for communication about my own vehicle. Eventually, I was told that the sensor issue was related to the previous accident. I was given an estimate of approximately $6,500 for the repair and was told that they would submit it to the warranty to see if it would be covered. After my vehicle had been there for over a month with very little communication and no resolution, I ultimately decided to pick it up because the process was taking too long. I am still waiting to find out whether the warranty will approve the repair. I completely understand that warranty claims can take time and that not everything is within the service department’s control. My frustration is not necessarily with the fact that the warranty process is taking time. It is with the complete lack of communication throughout the process. I have also tried contacting management multiple times by phone and email, and I still have not been able to speak with anyone about the situation. At this point, my vehicle is still not repaired, I still do not know whether the repair will be covered, and I feel completely ignored as a customer. I would absolutely not recommend the service department at Toyota of Hernando based on my experience. Unfortunately, after this experience, I also would not feel comfortable purchasing another vehicle from them. I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but when a company will not communicate with you or give you an opportunity to resolve an issue directly, I feel like other customers deserve to know what they may be getting into.

I purchased a 2022 Cadillac Escalade from Synergy in Hernando, MS, on June 16 with only 31,000 miles. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected. However, shortly after taking delivery, I discovered that the oil had not been changed and the windshield washer fluid pump had failed. Although the pump repair was covered under warranty, I was inconvenienced by having to take the vehicle to Cadillac of Memphis for service.Additionally, I was provided an extra key at the time of sale, only to later discover that it did not belong to my vehicle and was completely unusable. To make matters worse, on July 24 with only approximately 33,000 miles on the vehicle, I began hearing a significant knocking noise shortly after dropping my son off. Concerned, I immediately returned to the dealership and was instructed by the service advisor to turn the vehicle off and have it transported to Cadillac of Memphis for diagnosis. After speaking with Trenton, I was advised that it would be best to have the vehicle towed there, which resulted in an additional out-of-pocket expense of $150.Since then, communication and follow-up from both the dealership and service department have been inconsistent and frustrating. I understand that this was a used vehicle; however, I also believe that customer service, transparency, and accountability should still matter. After inspection, I was informed that the engine would need to be replaced and was advised to contact General Motors regarding a potential vehicle repurchase.I currently have an active claim with GM and am awaiting a decision. In the meantime, I contacted Synergy to discuss canceling my loan with Chase, as I have not yet made my first payment, and allowing me to purchase another vehicle. I was told that was not an option. Instead, I was advised that I could trade the vehicle in after the engine replacement is completed. What is most frustrating is the feeling that once the sale was completed and payment was received, my concerns became secondary. I purchased this vehicle with the expectation that it had been properly inspected and was in reliable condition. The numerous issues that have surfaced within weeks of ownership, culminating in the need for a complete engine replacement, have raised serious concerns about the thoroughness of the inspection performed prior to the sale and the overall condition of the vehicle at the time of purchase. As a customer, I expected a higher level of quality, communication, and support. Instead, I have been left with a vehicle requiring a major engine repair just weeks after purchase, unexpected expenses, and uncertainty regarding the resolution of this situation.😔😔
