  I had an excellent experience working with Anthony . He went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free and worked hard to get me a great deal on my truck. He was honest, professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated how transparent he was throughout the entire process and how committed he was to finding an option that worked for my budget.   The only reason they got one star is because there was no negative numbers the owners are GREAT but the salesman need a hard lesson in telling Coustmers the Truth and not wasting there time with lies went trying to buy a new Truck was constantly pushed and pressured towards a Toyota and was refused multiple times to test drive till after a approved and a deal made. Wish the owners were more available for this i would have told them..

  I had no intentions of buying a car when I visited the dealership on a Sunday. Clayt Gates was working, showed me several cars and I ended up buying one. Clayt was the perfect salesperson for me. He is so pleasant, not at all pushy, but, provides the details about each car. I'm 80 years old and often need info repeated. I could not have asked for a more supportive and knowledgeable salesperson.

  We’ve had a great experience with purchasing our car. Regie Benson was of really great help. He was very patient with us from the very start of the inquiry up to the release of the car. It took us more than a month of checking out cars. Our car was ordered and in transit at that time and while waiting, Regie was very open in communicating updates with us. When the unit arrived, he immediately called us and he even came in to work to assist us even when he was off that day. We really appreciate the time and the effort of all the staff who took care of us, most especially Regie. 🎉👏

  This is the third time Doug has helped me, and every experience has been exceptional. Whether it was a punctured tire, an accidental windshield replacement, or a vehicle upgrade, he has consistently provided outstanding customer service. Doug is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and explain the available options. One of his greatest strengths is that he is easy to talk to. He creates a comfortable, no-pressure environment and genuinely wants to help customers find the best solution for their needs. What stands out most is his honesty and transparency, which makes it easy to trust his recommendations. I would also like to recognize the dealership. Based on the many positive reviews I read, I chose to drive about 30 minutes from Downtown Memphis to purchase my vehicle here, and it was well worth the trip. My experiences with both the sales and service departments have been excellent, and the professionalism of the staff has reinforced that I made the right decision. The dealership is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The waiting area is comfortable, and the refreshments and fresh popcorn are a nice touch that make service visits more enjoyable. I greatly appreciate all of Doug's assistance and would not hesitate to recommend both him and the dealership to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.
