- HHHDN2 days ago1.0Technician was phenomenal. Not likely the Hattiesburg location that dispatched them - unsure. However, he was kind, fast and did a great job. Major price discrepancies. Had the same service one month ago and price went up $80! It’s a shame. Called nationals and all I got was a passive aggressive customer service representative, Andrea. Local tech on site tried to help by making calls but he could get any support for me.
